SHIPPING LOCATIONS We currently ship to:
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
- United States (all 50 states)
PROCESSING TIME Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include shipping time. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Our products are custom-made and fulfilled by our trusted partner. During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, holidays), processing times may be extended by 2-3 additional business days.

Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance.
SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout for qualifying orders.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your package using the tracking number provided. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
FULFILLMENT PARTNER Our products are carefully crafted and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partner, Teemdrop. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards while ensuring efficient delivery to your door.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For Canadian customers: All prices are in CAD and include applicable taxes. No additional customs fees apply for domestic shipments.
For US customers: Orders shipping to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees depending on the value and destination. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information about potential charges.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Delays: While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
