We strive to display our floral products as accurately as possible. However, due to the natural variations in flowers, actual products may differ slightly from images shown. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value when necessary.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Someone must be available to accept delivery. If no one is available, we will leave the flowers in a safe location or return them to our shop.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. After this time, cancellations may be subject to fees. Refunds for quality issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
